Order Tracking & Shipping
How do I track my order?
An email will be sent confirming your order has left the warehouse, your tracking information will also be included in this email.
I have not received my order, where is it?
HeartbuddhaShop operates from Monday - Friday. All orders ship in 1-3 business days. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow 24 hours for it to update.
You will receive updates for every step of the way and then receive a final email stating it has been delivered.
Where do you ship from?
If you are an international order and are closer to our warehouse in PCN, we will send it to you from there.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Are there additional fees for international shipping?

Order Changes & Cancellations
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please email me at support@heartbuddhashop.com with your order number and then your refund will arrive in your bank account in 1-3 working days.
How do I update my shipping address after ordering?
Once an order is placed, we process it promptly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@heartbuddhashop.com. While we cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure prompt delivery. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@heartbuddhashop.com We will do our best to assist you, but please note that once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Can I apply a discount after placing an order?
Discounts and promotional codes must be applied at the time of purchase. Once an order is placed, we are unable to apply discounts retroactively. To stay informed about upcoming promotions, consider subscribing to our newsletter.

Where is this made?
Our sculptures are made by master craftsman in the spirit of Japan. To stay away from mass manufacturers, we always work with local artisans who create using techniques passed on by generations rooted in Japanese design principles.
Are there larger or smaller sizes available for statues?

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your statues and products, we recommend the following care instructions:

Returns & Exchanges
How do I return or exchange?
If something isn't quite right with your item, you have 60 days to return it. Simply email us at support@heartbuddhashop.com for further instructions.
Please ensure the item is in its original condition & packaging.

It can take me up to 1-2 business days to respond to inquiries as I answer all DMs, emails and manage this operation.
